Academic Degrees
He holds a law degree with honors from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), and a master's degree in International Law and European Community Law from Georgetown University and the Collége d'Europe.
Career
Luis Alberto has a significant track record that has allowed him to collaborate in different projects: he was part of the legal team during the negotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement. He founded the Mexican Arbitration Center (CAM) and Aklara (Design and execution of auctions and competitive bids). He is currently a board member in public and private companies.
Social Causes
Luis Alberto is clear that contributing as a professional to the community is a fundamental part of his day to day, that is why in his probono work in the last 20 years he has been part of the JUCONI Foundation, and in 2018 he received from the Mexican Government the National Award for Voluntary and Solidarity Action.
