 Ismael Henestrosa promoted to Partner

Aziz & Kaye Business Law is proud to announce the promotion of Ismael Henestrosa to Partner of the Firm, effective January 1st, 2020. Mr. Henestrosa joined the Firm in 2015 and has played a key role in growing and consolidating the Firm’s market leading Antitrust/Competition team. His promotion adds a third partner to the Firm’s growing ranks. It marks the first partner promotion since its foundation 5 years ago.

Our M&A team won two important industry awards at the 11th annual international M&A awards.

The event was hosted by The M&A Advisor on June 5, 2019 in New York. The Firm won in the category “Financials Deal of the Year” for its involvement in the acquisition of Prendamex by FirstCash, and came out on top in the category “Corporate / Strategic Deal of the Year in its category, in connection with its work on the acquisition of Bardahl de México by Repsol Downstream Internacional. Congrats to the team for the hard work and a big thank you to our clients for their trust!
